Raw material with added value
At RESAL, our recycling process classifies every part of the salt slag so they can be reused individually. We obtain raw materials in order to re-introduce them into industrial processes, like:
- Aluminium
Reused in recycled aluminium refining processes - Mixture of metals
Metals recovered from the fusion process - Salt
It is reused in the refinery as flux in rotary furnaces. The oxidation of the aluminium inside the furnace is reduced, which improves the metallurgical performance and efficiency of the process. - Metal oxides
They are used in subsidiary industries in the building sector.
